			Merry Christmas

			We'd like to wish all our customers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from everyone at Board & Lodge. We're hoping for a load of snow in the valley as our Christmas present as it's been thin on the ground so far. If you are spending either of the holiday weeks out in Chamonix we'll make sure you have one of your best ever.


			Boardwise Holiday Weeks

			The first of our Boardwise weeks Jan 12th - 19th looks like it's going to be great. As well everything stated on the website we've got loads of other cool stuff going on. This includes a dub sound system, well known graffiti artists Damian Neary and Justin Maccarthy who will be doing an original piece available one lucky guest to win and some awesome parties & other prizes lined up for your apres enjoyment.


			Snowing in the Med

			While the Alps, including Chamonix have been experiencing an unwelcome scarcity of snow so far this winter Southern Europe has been swamped in the stuff. We've got our fingers crossed for the blizzards to start making a move up to the mountains in the next few days. Keep up to date with the conditions in Chamonix via the snow reports and webcam on the Boardnlodge.com website.


			Get the beers in!

			Bars in many ski resorts have a reputation for being over priced and filled with either braying sloans or furry moon booted locals. We're proud to put a stop to this with the BoardnLodge's own Avalanche bar in Argentiere. Run by local riders Mick and Ashley with live DJs every night it's going off this winter. With Stella at a £1 a pint to BnL guests and cheap shots it'd be rude not to!


			Tunes

			Whatever gets you going music is a big part of Chamonix culture and this season is no exception. Just some of the nights on offer this winter include: The fortnightly Deluded nights and sets all over town from BnL resident DJ Miche will get all funky ass house music heads havin' it. BnL chef and long time local hip-hop DJ Delicious Dave will be continuing his residency at La Cantina in Chamonix town plus we've got the Cham 7 collective are putting on a dub reggae festival in April.


			Holidays

			If you still haven't booked your holiday with us this winter don't worry it's not to late! We still have availability in our Mt Blanc Forest Lodge for mid to late January and in March and our luxury Le Tour chalet has space in April as well as a few other spots earlier in the season. Go the chalet holidays section of our website for details on prices and availability. If you want to go self-catered we have places available in most weeks other than New Years.
